Blessed Gérard's Relief Fund A project of the Brotherhood of Blessed Gérard Mandeni, kwaZulu/Natal, Republic of South Africa

We help people in our area in genuine cases of immediate need, for example

• to give food to starving families,
• to give clothing to the poor
• to give building material to needy people whose huts have burned down or just
• to counsel and give advice to those who have no solution to so many different problems.

They were victims of an arson attack and lost all their belongings. Neighbours gave them shelter and we helped with blankets, clothing, household goods and food.

His house had burned down. After initial emergency support we found employment for him to earn the funds to rebuild his house.
